Amazing stay with stunning views!

We had a fabulous time celebrating my birthday! The hotel is gorgeous, the staff is super friendly and always there to help. Rooms are big and so stylish with that amazing Moroccan vibe. The breakfast spread was awesome too! Just a slight bummer that the beach can get crowded in the afternoons.

Family with children will have fun

The hotel has a fantastic kids club where my children could play and the lady running it was really nice to them. The pools are great, three of them, and we never found them crowded, so the kids could swim around freely.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for, I guess.

I loved the gorgeous pools and the relaxing beach club vibes. The large family room was perfect for us, and the accessible gym was a nice bonus. The food at the beach club was a highlight too!

I enjoyed the decent breakfast options, which had a good selection of items. The room was spacious, and I appreciated the effectiveness of the housekeeping staff, keeping everything clean. The outdoor area and pool were well maintained, making it a pleasant spot to relax. I faced some issues with the service, though. It was surprising to find out that using the gym came with a €10 fee. The overall restaurant menu felt lacking, and room service didn’t respond to my requests. Staff friendliness varied. some were attentive while others seemed disengaged. Also, the bed in my room had some issues and needed replacement. Location-wise, it’s a bit distant from Marbella town, which could be inconvenient without a car. The wine selection at the bar was underwhelming too, not matching expectations for a higher-end venue. Overall, areas for improvement include clearer communication about additional charges and enhancing the dining experience altogether.

Staying for our honeymoon was a bit disappointing because the services promised didn't meet our 5-star expectations. We were surprised to find out we had to pay extra for loungers at the beach, especially considering the steep room rates. The room itself was nice and the breakfast was good, but the lack of complimentary amenities and unclear charges left us feeling frustrated. Overall, while the location is decent, the costs and additional fees really took away from the experience.
